Here is a recap of Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
The kids got their stockings hung.
After a Christmas Eve service, we had pizza fondue for dinner.
After the excited kids finally went to sleep, we put out their toys. The moving vehicles had been assembled on previous nights.
While this behemoth was put together Christmas Eve. Yes, it was a LATE night...
I have never seen Jason more excited than when he told us about the "Scrambler" in the living room...For the non-Bob the Builder crowd, Scrambler is the name of the ATV that Bob rides in Sunflower Valley.
Grace really loves the kitchen. Ironic considering our food battles with her. She makes me waffles.
The weather was really nice and Jason soon had to ride his Scrambler. He was a natural!
Grace was a little tentative with her Barbie ATV.
But really warmed up to it.
Soon they raced circles around each other.
And Grace soon learned to ride sideways and do other tricks. Seriously, this how she liked to ride.
The weather was nice and we played outside a lot.
Meanwhile, Yuri Claus left Jason a T-Shirt that says "Buran" on the back and has the Russian Space SHuttle on the front.
Guess who is on the front of Grace's shirt??? She wouldn't let me get a picture from the front, but it is a famous Russian-American gymnast who shares a name with Grace.
Despite all the hard work from parents buying and assembling cool stuff, an box is still hard to beat.
It is important to remember Grace only has a couple more days to nap like this.

Merry Christmas you guys! We're also trying to enjoy our last few days as a family of four. It's hard to believe!
I can't wait to see pictures of the new little one.
