My niece Lisa Lightcap delivered Alex at 11:03 PM on November 28. My date was November 29 so I missed it by 57 minutes. Oh well. I am now officially a "grand uncle" or is it "great uncle".
I guess this marks the end of her belly blog. It was fun to watch her grow over the months.
Everyone is doing fine. With Lisa's labor done, now attention turns to ours. We leave for Knoxville today and fly on to Moscow tomorrow. Court is next Tuesday. We got our fingerprints back from the Secretary of State's office today, so it seems like we have everything we need.
