Notice anything different here??? This is a picture taken today from the Moscow live webcam link. There's no snow!!!!!! It just doesn't look the same to me! The temperatures have been above freezing and it sure didn't take long for the snow to disappear.Regarding our second trip, we don't have any news. We've spoken with our American coordinators and they don't have any information for us.
Other couples who travelled on their first trips before us are averaging about a 6-7 week wait for their second trip. This is week 5 for us. Hopefully we don't go much longer without information. There are at least two other couples in the same boat as us. One travelled the week before us and the other couple travelled the same week as us. Neither of them have heard anything. I suspect we'll all go around the same time. Hopefully in the next few weeks.
If it goes too long we may miss all the mud and muck of the melting snow! I was looking forward to that. Seriously, it probably was good we didn't travel this week. We are getting over a stomach flu and it was NOT condusive to any sort of travel.
