An Easy Day

I am back from the notary, so my official business of the day is done. Wendy and Grace did not have to go out and ride in the car. I think that is a very good thing they got to relax and hang out at the apartment together.

I noticed that Grace wasn't smiling much in first photos I posted. She does have a good smile, so here it is...
During my break in business activities, we took a short family outing on Old Arbat. Here is Grace and Wendy all bundled up for the trip. Notice that someone is not smiling in the snow suit.

Here is a picture of three golden ladies. Joining Queen Wendy and Princess Anastasia Grace is Princess Tourandot. She is not dressed for the weather. The babuskas will be screaming in protest!

If you are ever in Moscow and need a landmark to get to our apartment, the satue of the golden lady will be it. Turn down the side street at this statue, go down about a block and on the left is apartment building 6/8. Tell a babushka, "moy klutch nir-a-boo-tet" and they will let you right in.

As you can see we are becoming used to each other and bonding as a family, but somebody is definitely missing. We need to get home soon so Jason Alexei can become a big brother to Grace. It is odd not having him around, but I think we made the right decision not bringing him along. Days like yesterday confirm that, but days like today which are more relaxed make me miss him more...
