The internet at the apartment is definitely working in the morning, but going down in the evening probably due to volume.
This morning I go get Grace's Russian passport. The fact I have to go in person is different than Jason Alexei's adoption and is referred to as an "innovation". I do not share the same definition of innovation, but we do what we have to do.
Then at 2:00 PM we go to the US Embassy.
This will probably be it for posting today.
